I will never ship a product in anything other than perfect condition, and should a product reach you with any damage or imperfections, please get in touch.
I am perfectly happy to process any return or cancellation requests;
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Contact me about returns within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (unless the item is returned because of the damage). Refunds will be applied once the item is successfully returned. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
If your product fails to arrive at all, please let me know and I will attempt to replace or refund where possible. Unfortunately I cannot offer replacements or refunds on any orders that do not arrive that have been placed with ‘UK Standard’ or ‘International Standard’ postage and packaging options at checkout.
Please make sure to select the appropriate shipping options at checkout- any A3 prints ordered without selecting the ‘Large Parcel’ or ‘Tracked’ option for your appropriate region will be refunded and you will be asked to process the order again.
